Built so nothing gets lost between the ad and the salesperson.
The story
The challenge
- Leads came in from finance, consignment and contact forms, but nobody could see which channel produced them.
- There was no clean handoff into Salesforce.
- Meta and Google Ads needed a structure that could be measured.
What we did
- Audited GA4, GTM and Meta, including Pixel and Conversions API.
- Built a Zapier flow from website forms into Salesforce.
- Rebuilt Meta into top, middle and bottom funnel campaigns with creative tests.
- Added a monthly report so performance is reviewed, not guessed.
The results
- Creative test V2: 338 leads at NZ$6.75 each.
- Lookalike audience: 222 leads at NZ$6.29 each.
- Catalogue campaign: 37,450 landing page views at NZ$0.02 each.
What’s next
- Shift budget toward the lowest cost audiences and creative.
- Judge campaigns on lead quality from Salesforce, not only cost per lead.
- Complete the Google Ads relaunch.
