The story

1

The challenge

  • Revenue was growing but the owner could not see which channel earned it. Meta reported zero tracked purchases.
  • Only Google and Meta ran. Email had no flows and the content calendar was empty.
  • The store theme was not built to convert the extra traffic.
2

What we did

  • Rebuilt the Google Ads structure, protecting brand search and tightening Shopping.
  • Launched TikTok Ads on 10 Sept and scaled the daily budget from $35 to $75 while the return held.
  • Added Amazon Ads and tested the halo effect with data.
  • Mapped a promo calendar to Feb 2027, built Klaviyo campaigns and drafted a store redesign.
  • Found and began fixing the Shopify checkout tracking fault.
3

The results

  • Ad spend $5,746 against $20,053 estimated sales in September.
  • TikTok returned 3.78x at $24.86 per order.
  • Reporting now splits proven sales from modelled sales.
4

What’s next

  • Fix Meta purchase tracking, then re-test spend.
  • Raise TikTok budget in small steps while it stays above 3.5x.
  • Close the gap to the 4.0x target and launch the redesigned theme.
Honest read: Meta cannot prove a sale yet, so part of the headline return is an estimate. We say so in every report, so the client always knows what is measured and what is modelled.
