Course terms and refund policy

What you buy

A personal licence to the online course: its video lessons, prompts, both automation kits, worksheets and quizzes, with lifetime access for as long as we run the course. The price is A$149, paid once by card or the other options shown at checkout.

Your account

The course is for one person. Please don’t share your login or resell the materials. You can use the prompts and worksheets in your own business.

Support

Ask questions in the course Q&A and we aim to reply within 2 working days. The monthly live group call is included while we run it. You can book one free 20-minute quick install. Ongoing help is available through Claude Care (from A$149 a month), which is a separate subscription with its own terms.

Refunds

If the course isn’t right for you, email course@mindfulclicks.com.au within 14 days of buying and we’ll refund you in full, as long as you’ve completed less than 30% of the lessons. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including refunds for a major failure.

No guarantee of results

The course teaches methods we use. Results depend on your business, your data and how you apply them. Claude and other AI tools can make mistakes, so always check their work. The examples use demo data or real stories with client names withheld.

Third-party tools

Claude, ChatGPT, Shopify and the other tools shown are run by other companies, whose own terms and prices apply. Prices mentioned in the course were correct when recorded and can change.

GST

Mindful Clicks is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

Your details

We use your name and email to give you access, send course updates and answer your questions. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
